Independent Standard Cylinder Super Hard Bushings (yellow) 96A

I am tall and semi heavy at 196 cm and 95 kg. I have nothing against the stock orange Indie bushings. They feel absolutely great for riding around but I’m not as stable on them for tricks as I’d like to be. So these 96As or the black 94As give me a bit more of that without me needing to crank down on the kingpin nut. I have ridden these before and these new ones are just to have spares as my old ones are still more or less new. I do think the yellow ones are noticeably harder than the black ones and I’m not entirely sure which I prefer as I do feel these ones are where the trade off between carvyness and stability starts to feel too skewed away from that loosey goosey feel.

Those bushings take one to two weeks to break in. The bottom washers are too narrow and make the bushings slide on top which break them. I had to return a pair, the skatedeluxe support responded immediately and sent another pair for free. The bushings make a bad impression, a trick I found was to use venture bottom washers that are way larger. Would not recommend, for even afterwards, the bushings do not feel as hard as they should (I weigh less than 80 kg but like to have my trucks super super tight, they did not satisfy those needs. I also have the bones super hard and they feel better.)
