De Globe Spearpoint Mini is behoorlijk kort voor een Longboard. Ik ben er niet uit of het nu een longboard met cruzer allures is dan wel een cruzer met longboard allures. Maar voor mij is dat nu juist het fijne aan dit board. Het heeft de elegante looks van een longboard. De wendbaarheid zit wat tussen de twee en om het board mee te nemen door de stad als een cruzer, valt de lengte nog net binnen de perken. Ik heb dit board nu bijna 2 jaar en met uitzondering van een beetje afstoffen en een lekje olie heb ik nog geen onderhoud moeten uitvoeren of onderdelen vervangen. Dat lijkt me toch een teken van eersteklas kwaliteitsonderdelen. Globe heeft mijn vertrouwen als oer degelijk merk met dit board gewonnen.
