Emerica Romero Chelsea Shoes (black) are very nice black and waterproof chelsea boots. I purchased it for my wife in size 39EU. She was trying also size 38,5 EU but it was less comfortable size for her. Shu wears for example Vans size 38,5 EU or Nike 38,5 - 39EU (larger for running) or DC size 38.5 - 39 EU. So you shoul better choose larger size if you decide between two sizes (with 0,5 cm differece).
