Hi. I have Busenitz EU 43 1/3 fits perfectly. For Vans and Converse I always wear 43. BUT just bought Tyshawns (43 1/3) and they are too tight. Outside dimensions are the same as Busenitz but for some reason too small inside. So try at least EU44.
