In the skatedeluxe Premium Club, you'll receive points through various activities, such as placing orders*1 and product reviews. There are two types of points: Premium Club Points and Status Points. You can exchange your Premium Club Points for exclusive rewards. Your Status Points will determine your Premium Club Status.

For your Premium Club membership, we will give you 50 Premium Club Points.

Orders

For every item ordered, you will receive the number of Premium Club Points and Status Points shown on the product detail page*1. Credits will be applied 30 days after delivery.

Always keep up-to-date, discover the latest skateboarding trends and don't miss out on any exclusive offers! You will receive 100 Premium Club Points just for your newsletter registration.

Share your own personal experience with our products and support the community. For each review, you will receive 10 Premium Club Points.

Are your buddies still not skatedeluxe customers? Then give them a discount voucher and earn 400 Premium Club points each time one of them places their first order.You must be at least a Premium Club FLOW member in order to create a voucher for your friends. You can refer a maximum of 15 friends per year.

FLOW, AM or PRO - This is how the Premium Club Status works

As a Premium Club member you will receive Premium Club Points as well as Status Points for almost all orders*1 in the skatedeluxe skate shop. Based on your Status Points, you can become a Premium Club FLOW, AM or PRO member and enjoy different benefits.

Your Premium Club Status is determined by the Status Points collected from over the last 12 months. Every day we check if you have reached a higher status.

Once a status has been reached, it and the benefits associated with it will be valid for 12 months. At the end of these 12 months, we will check to see if you will keep your status or receive a lower status. Status Points expire 12 months after they have been credited and cannot be exchanged for rewards.

To the Premium Club account details

*1 You will not be credited with Premium Club Points or Status Points for returned items and gift vouchers. You will also not receive points for items that are exclusively available to members with Premium Club Status or only via Premium Club Release Raffles and for other items that do not display points on the item details page.
*2 You can refer a maximum of 15 friends per year.
*3 Please note that the Premium Club discount cannot be combined with other discount vouchers. If you have a voucher with a higher discount or you want to use another voucher, you can still redeem it instead of your Premium Club discount. Simply follow the instructions in the shopping cart.
*4 Please make sure that you have activated the notifications for "Exclusive specials & promotions" in your notification settings so that we can send you emails containing surprise specials.
