1. Provider Information & Scope
The skatedeluxe bonus program, hereafter referred to as skatedeluxe Premium Club, is offered by skatedeluxe GmbH, Am Heuberg 25, 37308 Schimberg, Germany.
For participation, hereinafter also referred to as membership, in the skatedeluxe Premium Club, the following conditions are exclusively applicable. Any deviant terms by the participant or third parties shall not be recognized unless we have expressly agreed to their validity.
2. Membership & Points account
Membership in the skatedeluxe Premium Club is free of charge. Only private customers with a skatedeluxe customer account are eligible to become members. Currently, only customers with a shipping address within the EU, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Liechtenstein can join. Business partners, employees and affiliates of skatedeluxe GmbH are prohibited from obtaining a Premium Club membership.
A separate registration is necessary in order to become a member of the skatedeluxe Premium Club. After registering with your personal login data, you can view your points balance, outstanding credits and more at any time. By becoming a member, you agree that we will periodically notify you about your points balance, status changes and skatedeluxe Premium Club updates via e-mail.
3. Collect Points
Points in the skatedeluxe Premium Club are divided into Premium Club Points and Status Points. Premium Club Points can be redeemed for rewards. Status Points are used to determine the Premium Club Status.
Premium Club points and Status Points can be acquired once registration to the skatedeluxe Premium Club is complete. Collected points will be credited to your account. Find out how to earn points here.
Cash payout or the transfer of points to third parties is prohibited. It is not possible to purchase points.
4. Redeeming Premium Club Points
As a Premium Club member, you can redeem your Premium Club Points for rewards as soon as your points account has a sufficient balance. Some rewards are only available while supplies last. The number of Premium Club Points required can be found in the rewards shop.
Status Points cannot be redeemed for rewards or exchanged for Premium Club Points. And vice versa, Premium Club Points cannot be exchanged for Status Points.
5. Expiration of Premium Club Points
5.1
If no points are credited to your skatedeluxe Premium Club account over a period of 36 months, all of your accumulated points will expire on 01.11 of each calendar year. You can maintain your points balance if you make at least one purchase as a skatedeluxe Premium Club member every 36 months, or if you earn points through another promotion. 5.2
Upon termination of your skatedeluxe Premium Club membership, all accumulated points will be forfeited at the time of termination. Please redeem your points prior to termination to receive rewards.
6. Premium Club status
As a Premium Club member, you will receive a Premium Club Status for the Status Points you have collected within 12 months. There are three status levels that are awarded by reaching a certain number of Status Points. Each status has advantages. An overview of the status levels and status benefits can be found here.
Starting from the day a particular status has been reached, the status and related benefits will be valid for 12 months/365 days. If you reach a higher status within this time, it will also be valid for 12 months/365 days as of the day the status was reached. After this time, the status will be re-evaluated based on the status points you collected during the past 12 months/365 days.
If, after having reached a certain status, a point reduction (e.g. due to making a return) reassigns you to a lower status, then we reserve the right to
adjust your status level to your actual existing Status Points.
In the event of misuse or violation of the terms and conditions, we reserve the right to withdraw your Premium Club Status, even before the scheduled expiration of your status.
Status Points expire 12 months after they have been credited.
7. Cancellation, blocking & exclusion from membership in the skatedeluxe Premium Club
You can terminate your membership in the skatedeluxe Premium Club at any time without notice. Your Premium Club account is directly linked to your skatedeluxe customer account. If this is deactivated, your Premium Club account will automatically be terminated.
We reserve the right to exclude you from the Premium Club and/or immediately block your customer account. This is especially applicable in the following cases:
- Multiple registrations (only one account allowed per natural person)
- Misuse
- Material misstatements
- Violation of the Terms and Conditions
- In the event our security system identifies your customer account or activities as being unusual or fraudulent.
The right to block will persist as long as there are relevant and objective allegations and for the duration of time needed to adequately examine the facts. Further claims (especially claims for damages) shall remain unaffected.
8. Termination of the skatedeluxe Premium Club
skatedeluxe may terminate the skatedeluxe Premium Club with a notice period of 6 weeks. In this case, a written notification per e-mail would be sent to the address stored in the customer’s account.
9. Modifications to the skatedeluxe Premium Club or terms and conditions
skatedeluxe reserves the right to unilaterally modify the Premium Club, as needed in the interest of simple and secure processing, especially to prevent misuse. This includes changes and additions to the reward offers, conditions to redeem rewards, status benefits as well as the terms of participation. 10. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies excluding the UN sales law, unless opposed by any obligatory international consumer protection law.
