Have you recently seen adverts with offers that are too good to be true? We’re not talking about our own ads, but scammers who are targeting you and using our name and logo to do so.
- Check the website address – safe shopping at skatedeluxe is ONLY possible at www.skatedeluxe.com and www.skatedeluxe.ch.
- Other addresses or other versions are in no way related to us and will try to defraud you.
- Official social media content and ads are ONLY posted and promoted from our official skatedeluxe account SKATEDELUXE / @skatedeluxe_skateshop.
- We do not use any other accounts. All other accounts with skatedeluxe in their name are not associated with us!

1. Check your payment & try to cancel it
If you’ve already transferred money, contact your bank immediately and request a reversal. In the first few hours after the transaction, this is often still possible without issues.
For other payment methods – such as credit card or direct debit – a charge back can often be initiated even weeks after the payment. Again, the sooner you contact your bank, the better.
Did you pay via PayPal? Report the issue directly through PayPal’s Buyer Protection and, as a precaution, change your PayPal password.
2. Secure evidence
Gather and save all available information related to your order. This includes order confirmations.
– e-mails from the fake shop
– screenshots of the website
– the full URL of the site
The more you document, the stronger your case will be if you pursue legal action.
3. Report the fraud
Buying from a fake shop is considered fraud. You can have your collected evidence reviewed, for example, by your local consumer protection office.
You should also file a criminal complaint with the police – this is often possible online. Check with your local police department for available options.
