The Nike SB PS8 boasts a stylish, futuristic, yet familiar look. Its design merges classic sneaker elements, such as the mesh and leather materials and the raised sole at the toe reminiscent of running shoes. Additionally, it features a sock-like entry and a visually striking lacing system.

The Nike SB PS8, named after Sandy Bodecker's Instagram, "problemsolver8", was developed with a clear mission – to address the eight most common issues identified by the Nike SB team regarding skate shoes. The goal was to create a durable, functional skate shoe that offers optimal foot support, focusing on durability, shock absorption, board feel, and long-lasting comfort.

The upper of the Nike SB PS8 is crafted from a blend of Flyknit mesh and leather, reinforced with a PU coating. The Flyknit ensures the PS8 fits comfortably and breathes well, while the coated leather in high-wear areas enhances durability.
