A Varial Heelflip is a combination of a Frontside Pop Shove-It and a Heelflip. Thus, you should have both flips on lock before you try to get a Varial Heelflips straight.
Once mastered, the Varial Heelflip is a nice, stylish trick for every session. Besides that, you got half of a Laserflip done!

1. Your front foot should be put right in the middle of the board with your toes hanging off the edge of the board.
2. Your back foot is placed on the outer part of the tail just like with the Frontside Pop Shove-It.
3. Similar to the Frontside Pop Shove-It, pop the tail down and a little bit forward while the heel of your front foot kicks out in front of you at the same time, giving the board the shove-it spin and heelflip rotation.
