Nike SB celebrates the squeaky clean new year with a razor-sharp collaboration. Together with North Carolina’s Black Sheep skate shop, they created the Nike SB x Black Sheep Dunk High Pro QS shoe, which is a real wolf in sheep’s clothing.
Like its name giver, the latest Quickstrike Dunk Pro looks quite innocently at first glance: summit white suede upper, a flawless Swoosh and virgin shoelaces. Solely the devilish sole gives a small hint on what’s waiting inside the shoe. If you take a closer look to the wolf’s cave, bright red eyes and a bared fangs are revealed on the insoles of the Dunk High.
But one feature of the Nike SB x BlackSheep collab really gave us the chills: The white scratch off Swoosh. The colour is designed to wear off after a few skate session, to unveil some deadly sharp wolf teeth. Nice! Of course, you can also go DIY by scraping off the Swoosh on your own – but where is the fun in that?
